CRA PATHWAY PROGRAM
TriPoint Research's Pathway Program is an innovative training model that transitions well-qualified and motivated RNs, study coordinators, and allied health professionals into a CRA role within 9 months.

Clinical Operations Leads, functional managers, trainers & instructors carefully evaluate each phase of the program so that it provides high-level, didactic training under specific guidelines, demonstrating TriPoint's commitment to providing the best trained CRAs in the industry.
The Pathway Program pairs successful candidates with experienced CRAs to learn each aspect of field monitoring monitoring. The CRA mentors work closely with each Pathway Participant to answer questions, review standard operating procedures & identify critical best practices. Upon approval from their mentors, the Pathway Program CRAs independently monitor sites and patients for 90 days. After that, their functional managers conduct site visits to evaluate the CRAs’ performance and adherence to quality standards.
Submit a CV & include any significant therapeutic experience in the role of a Study Coordinator, RN, or allied health professional.
Pass a screening
interview.
Successfully complete an interview with clinical management staff.

Attend 14-day instructor-led CRA training
Must pass all final examinations with a grade of 85% or higher.
Begin onsite visits & visit sign offs by CRA mentors or functional mangers
